Before I became a chiropractor, I was an Army helicopter pilot with 25+ years of service and two deployments to Iraq under my belt. I learned a lot about resilience, mission focus, and pushing through pain—because that’s what we did. I dealt with chronic low back pain for years and watched my fellow soldiers do the same, popping ibuprofen and toughing it out because that’s all we knew.

Chiropractic care changed that for me. It gave me my life back. And that’s when I knew I had to change course—I wanted to help others move freely and live fully, not just survive. I earned my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University, and I created At Ease Health and Wellness for people who are ready to stop white-knuckling through pain.

Motion is life, and I’m living proof. When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll find me running, biking, working out, volunteering, traveling, or doing just about anything outside with my son Wesley. I believe you shouldn’t have to choose between being active and being pain-free—let’s make sure you can do both.
